Yogurt Parfaits

 

I have a confession.  I’m not a big cereal lover.  At all.  So I experiment a bit with different breakfast foods.  I will admit to being a breakfast pastry lover; scones are my favorite!  Muffins are a close second.  But I’m trying to eat healthier foods, so I created this parfait one morning with some leftover Kashi Go Lean! Crunch cereal I had after a bout of trying to convince myself that I do like cereal.  In all fairness, this is the closest cereal has ever come to convincing me that I do like it.  Anyway, making this parfait is super simple, and it is delicious!  Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Vanilla yogurt
  • Handful of granola (I used Kashi Go Lean! Crunch cereal)
  • Handful of blueberries

Instructions:

Spoon yogurt into a bowl.  Sprinkle granola and blueberries on top.  Enjoy!
